Application: Scholarships for Slovene Courses

    The Ministry of Education, Science and Sport in cooperation with the Centre for Mobility and European Educational and Training Programmes and the Office for Slovenes Abroad provide scholarships covering tuition fees for members of Slovene ethnic minorities in other countries and descendants of Slovene expatriates and emigrants.

    Notification of processing of personal data

    The Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana, Aškerčeva cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana requires personal data for the purposes of the above-mentioned courses, for communication about them and for payment (legal basis Article 6/1(b) of the GDPR). The data will be retained permanently. If you do not wish to pass on to us your personal data, you will be unable to register for one of the above-mentioned courses. If you have agreed to us sending you notifications, then you have given us your personal consent (Article 6/1(b) of the GDPR). In that case, we shall retain your personal data until the consent is withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to the address [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent has no influence on the legality of the processing of data prior to cancellation. Your personal data will be forwarded to those implementing the course. At any time, you have the right to access your personal data, to correct them, to erase them (following personal consent), to limit how they are processed (as determined by the GDPR) and the right to transfer data. You can send any questions regarding the protection of personal data to the authorised person at the University of Ljubljana at the address [email protected]. If you think that your rights are not being appropriately realised, you have the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
