Let’s Taste Slovene Online

An evening course for beginners and those who would like to refresh what they have already learnt! Get a taste of Slovene – get started with once a week for 3 school hours!

Duration

  • 27 March–5 June 2024 (there is no course on 1 May)
  • once a week for 3 school hours, 30 school hours (45-minute units)
  • Wednesdays from 6.00 to 8.30 pm

Course

The course is organized as a videoconference on ZOOM. The online classes are similar to the ones in a regular classroom. Your teacher is going to be with you live and will answer your questions. The teacher will give you various tasks. There will be plenty of opportunities for conversation, phonetic exercises, grammar tasks, reading, listening and writing activities. 

IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE ONLINE CLASSES, YOU NEED:

  • a good internet connection,
  • a computer with a camera and a microphone
  • and a quiet room.

  • Registration and Payment

    You can apply for the course online at least 14 days before the course begins (13 March 2024). After we have received your application form, we will send you the invoice. The language course must be paid in full 10 days before the course (17 March 2024). You should send your payment receipt via e-mail. More about the registration, payment and cancellation.

  • Participants

    The course is intended for beginners (level A1) and those who would like to refresh what they have already learnt. Participants must be at least 18 years old. More about the participants.

  • Cancellation

    In case of a cancellation, please put it in writing and send to our address at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the course. Once we have received your cancellation in writing we will return 80% of the paid tuition fee in 30 days. We retain 20% of the paid amount for administrative costs as well as the cost of bank transactions.
