Registration and payment
You can apply for a course by completing the application form from the booklet or on our website at least two weeks before the desired course begins.
After we have received the application form we will send you the invoice by regular mail or E-mail. The language course must be paid in full no later than 10 days before the beginning of the desired course.
You can pay the invoice at any bank or post office.
You should send your payment receipt via E-mail or to our postal address. Please bring along a copy of the receipt when you join the course in order to help clarify possible misunderstandings.
When we have received the payment receipt we will send you a letter of acceptance as well as information material on the course you have applied for.
A discount can be arranged for those participants who attended several longer courses at the Centre for Slovene.
Payer of the invoice
Please mark on the application form who will pay for the course. If the funding provider is a legal entity (such as a company, society, embassy), please state their correct data, i.e. title and address as well as their tax number.
In case of a cancellation, please put it in writing and send it to our address at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the course. Once we have received your cancellation we will return 80% of the paid tuition fee in 30 days, and retain 20% for administrative costs as well as the cost of bank transactions. Cancellations received later than 7 days before the course will not be taken into consideration.
