Prof. Ina Ferbe\u017ear, PhD<\/strong>, received a BA in Slovene language and ethnology at the University of Ljubljana\u2019s Faculty of Arts. She worked as a language editor for Slovene National Television (TV Slovenia), taught Slovene at Vi\u010d High School, and served as a language teacher at the University of T\u00fcbingen in Germany. Since 2000, she has led the Examination Centre activities of the Centre for Slovene as a Second and Foreign Language at the Ljubljana Faculty of Arts. From 2008 to 2012, she also served as the head of the centre\u2019s staff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She is the coauthor of language curricula for Slovene as a second and foreign language, as well as teaching materials and manuals on Slovene language testing. She has participated in several national and international projects, including as a member of the editorial team for the Slovene versions of three Council of Europe documents (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and its Companion Volume, and Framework of Reference for Pluralistic Approaches).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Within the Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE), she was elected to the Board of Trustees (2009\u20132016) and the Standing Committee (2015\u2013present). She contributed to the Slovene White Paper on Education (2010\/11) and the National Language Policy Programme (2011), and she served as chair of the Slovene National Examination Test Preparation Committee (2013\u20132018).
