The city preserves traces of all periods of its rich history: the legacy of Roman Emona, Renaissance, Baroque, and Secessionist facades, ornate portals, and romantic bridges that adorn the Ljubljanica River. During our walk through the old town, we will visit the main sights of Ljubljana.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 262px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 100px; height: 221px;\">\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">24 October, 9:00\u201318:00<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>EXCURSION TO THE NOTRANJSKA REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This autumn excursion will take us to Notranjska, a land of fascinating castles and intermittent lakes. We will visit the Museum by Lake Cerknica, where we\u2019ll learn why the lake sometimes exists and sometimes disappears. We\u2019ll also explore Sne\u017enik Castle, where we\u2019ll see original furniture, artworks, ceramic stoves, lighting fixtures, carpets, and many other decorative and functional items. In between, we\u2019ll stop for lunch at a local inn.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 230px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 100px; height: 104px;\">\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">7 November, 10:00\u201312:00<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>VISIT TO PLE\u010cNIK\u2019S HOUSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the visit to the house of Jo\u017ee Ple\u010dnik, Slovenia\u2019s greatest architect, we will see well-preserved, valuable rooms with original furnishings and personal items. The exhibition includes clay, plaster, and wooden models of various projects, Ple\u010dnik\u2019s personal library, and drawing tools. We\u2019ll also take a walk through the architect\u2019s uniquely designed garden.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 197px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 100px; height: 78px;\">\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">21 November, 10:00\u201312:00<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>EXHIBITION: MIKI MUSTER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Miki Muster was a Slovenian cartoonist and animator who created unforgettable comic strips that shaped the childhoods of many generations of Slovenians. At the exhibition, we\u2019ll learn more about his life, inspirations, work, and his iconic animated characters.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 230px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 100px; height: 21px;\">\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">5 December, 11:00\u201312:30<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>WORKSHOP: ORNAMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this creative workshop, we will be making ornaments in the shape of a golden bird \u2014 a typical symbol from Slovenian folk tales representing immortality and love.
