The deadline is <strong>1\u00a0October 2020<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(Winter term) or\u00a0<strong>18 February 2021\u00a0<\/strong>(Summer term)!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col span_1_of_3\">\n<p>Winter term:<strong> 15 October 2020\u201314 January 2021<\/strong><br \/>\nSummer term: <strong>4\u00a0March\u20133 June 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<a class=\"btn dynamic register orange\" href=\"https:\/\/centerslo.si\/en\/courses-for-adults\/online-courses\/slovene-for-students-online\/application-slovene-for-students-of-the-university-of-ljubljana-online\/\">Application form<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"open-hours\">\n<h2>Duration<\/h2>\n<div class=\"highlight\">\n<ul>\n<li>winter term: 15 October 2020\u201314 January 2021 (no classes: 24 Dec\u20131 Jan)<\/li>\n<li>summer term: 4\u00a0March\u20133 June 2021 (no classes: 26\u201330 April)<\/li>\n<li>Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.00 to 7.30 pm (Slovene time)<\/li>\n<li>60 hours (48 contact hours via videoconference and 12 hours of homework)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"location\">\n<h2>Course<\/h2>\n<p>The course is organized as a videoconference on ZOOM. The online classes are similar to the ones in a regular classroom. Your teacher is going to be with you live, twice a week for 2 school hours, and will answer your questions. The teacher will give you various tasks.\u00a0There will be plenty of opportunities for conversation, phonetic exercises, grammar tasks, reading, listening and writing activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We will send you the learning material via regular mail; you will receive it before the beginning of the course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE ONLINE CLASSES, YOU NEED:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a good internet connection,<\/li>\n<li>a computer with a camera and a microphone<\/li>\n<li>and a quiet room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"price\">\n<h2>Price: EUR 200<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The learning material is included in the price.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In each group there are 5 to 10 students.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"accordion\">\n<li>\n<h3>Certificates<\/h3>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<h4>Certificate of Attendance<\/h4>\n<p>At the end of the course you will receive an official Certificate of Attendance of a Slovene language course at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana.<\/p>\n<h4>Credit points<\/h4>\n<p>After successful completion of the course students are awarded <strong>3 ECTS<\/strong> (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) credit points.<\/p>\n<h4>Certificate of Slovene<\/h4>\n<p>If you want to obtain an official certificate of Slovene you can take the Exam of Slovene at the <a href=\"https:\/\/centerslo.si\/en\/exams\/\">Examination centre<\/a> of the Centre for Slovene as a Second and Foreign Language.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Participants<\/h3>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<p>The course is intended for <strong>foreign students, studying at the University of Ljubljana<\/strong>. You should attach to the application form a proof that you are a student of the University of Ljubljana (a photo or scan of the certificate of registration or letter of acceptance for the academic year 2020\/21).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Registration and payment<\/h3>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<p>You can apply for the course with the application form <strong>by 1 October 2020\u00a0<\/strong>for the Winter term and by <strong>18 February 2021\u00a0<\/strong>for the Summer term.\u00a0After we have received the application form we will send you a <strong>placement test<\/strong><strong>\u200b<\/strong>.
