Upon receipt of your registration form we shall send you the language test, which will help us place you in the right group.

Notice regarding the processing of personal data

University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, Aškerčeva cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana requires personal data in order to communicate about and organise payment in connection with the Seminar of Slovene Language, Literature and Culture (legal basis Article 6/1(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). The data will be stored permanently. If you do not submit your personal data, then you will be unable to register for the Seminar of Slovene Language, Literature and Culture. If you agree to receive notifications, then you have given your consent. In that instance, we shall store your personal data until your consent is withdrawn. You can do this at any time by sending an email to the address ssjlk@ff.uni-lj.si. Withdrawal of consent has no influence on the legality of processing of data carried out prior to withdrawal. Your personal data will not be shared with anyone. At any time, you have the right to access your personal data, to correct it, erase it (upon request), limit the way it is processed (in line with the General Data Protection Regulation), and the right to transfer data. If you have any questions regarding the processing of personal data you can turn to the authorised person for data protection at the University of Ljubljana at the address dpo@uni-lj.si. If you think that your rights are not being realised appropriately, then you have the right to complain to the Republic of Slovenia’s Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
